KUCHING: Coramax and its associated companies, Silverdrum Corporation Sdn Bhd and Central Prosperity Sdn Bhd, recently won three awards for their development projects over the past five years.

The awards were Sheda Excellence Awards 2009’s Certificate of Excellence for High-End Residential Homes for ‘The Imperiale Residences’ at Jalan Wan Alwi, Sheda Special Awards 2013 for ‘SOHO’ at Jalan Chawan, and this year’s Sheda Excellence Awards 2014 for the Commendation for Medium Rise Residential award given to ‘TriBeCa Condominiums & Suites’ under Silverdrum Corporation Sdn Bhd at Jalan Urat Mata.
These are not the only development projects undertaken by Coramax but also several other projects including ‘VivaCity’, it highlighted in a press statement yesterday.
Vivacity Megamall has a gross floor area of 1.3 million square feet providing a wide range of choices for shoppers, including about 300 brands located in the mall such as Parkson, Everrise and TGV Cinemas with IMAX system.
In addition, there will be many F&B outlets that will be operating in Kuching for the first time such as Nando’s Chicken, Antipodean Café, Quiznos Sub and many more. On top of the mall will be our ‘Jazz Suites’ condominiums.
The Jazz Suites has about 700 units of condominiums, which are currently around 95 per cent sold. It consists of a 400 meter length roof top landscaped garden with large area of jogging tracks and club house.
The facilities provided for Jazz suites are lap pool, fun pool, wading pool, lounge, meeting room, function room, mini theatre, gym, entertainment room, children’s playground, steam and sauna rooms.
Other than that, the car park provided for the residents are separated from the mall car park which can only be enter with a security card only by residents, and the car parks will be located under the residential units and is covered.
