Water levels at Kuching barrage 10.4 m and still on the rise

KUCHING: By 4pm, the water levels at Kuching Barrage has reached 10.4 metres and it’s still on the rise. King tide started this morning but all six gates at the barrage were opened to allow flood water to drain out.
