SRI AMAN: The dreams of Kampung Hulu residents here to own a multi-purpose hall is now a reality after the state government approved a grant of RM500,000.

Lingga assemblywoman Simoi Peri said that the construction project to build the multi-purpose hall will begin in the early half of the year and would take a few months to complete.

Accompanying her on the site visit were Sri Aman district officer Ismawie Salleh, Sri Aman Public Works Department engineer Cassidy Morris, Sri Aman Land and Survey Department officer Doris Sonia, Sri Aman Resident’s Office administrative officer Mohd Irwan Manggoi Abdullah, Penghulu Abdul Samad and village head Kipli Bolhi.
