KUCHING: Borneo Real Estate is having a roadshow at Kuching Sentral from 10am to 9pm today and tomorrow to showcase two housing projects.

The real estate agency is inviting those who are eyeing ideal homes or investment properties within the strategic location of the city’s suburban area.

Borneo Real Estate’s head of sales Michael Foo said that during the roadshow, prospective buyers would be introduced to houses and townhouse properties that are ‘value for money’.

“It’s a great investment especially for those who want their houses be designed and built close to nature, depicting a clean green environment concept and lifestyle,” he told The Borneo Post yesterday.

“During these two days, visitors can obtain further details on the projects.”

The projects are developed and built by Hong Seng Construction, a well-known local company.

The townhouse project, namely Vision Heights, comes with a true modern living concept and is located among the greeneries of suburban Jalan Tondong/Batu Kawah.

“Phase 1 of the project (townhouse and double-storey terraced houses) is now open for registration.

“The design is unique as it gets owners to experience a green and modern living. The townhouse has a modern ambience and overlooks green landscape and hardscape garden,” Foo said.

There are 38 units of three-storey townhouses. The lower and second floor is 1,350 square feet (one and half storey-ground and first floor) while the upper floor is 1,500 square feet (one and half storey first and second floor). Each unit goes at the starting price of RM265,000.

Also, there will be 35 units of double-storey terraced houses, with prices starting from RM388,000 per unit in Phase 1.

“It will be a great place to live in as there is a shopping mall nearby – the upcoming Moyan Square,” Foo said, adding that it would be a gated community with 21-hour security, complete with a jogging track.

The project is only minutes’ drive away from Batu Kawah New Township and Emart Batu Kawah; among many other facilities.

The Golden Palm housing project at Mile 11 (opposite the Road Transport Department headquarters along Kuching-Serian Road) is ideal for those looking for extra-large double-storey terraced houses, or double-storey semi-detached units.

Foo said that half of the units at Golden Palm were already taken up, with only limited units
left.

“Prices start from RM408,000 for a terraced unit, and RM535,000 for the semi-detached one. The showhouse is ready for viewing.”
