BINTULU: A job placement programme will be held on April 11 from 8am to 5pm at Bintulu Civic Centre.
Senior assistant director of Labour Bintulu Office Tujoh Bachat said there will be plenty of activities during the programme, with 40 employers to participate.
“Over 1,500 vacancies in various posts will be offered by participating employers, some of which consist of those involved in projects in Samalaju Industrial Park and MLNG,” he said.
He said there will be an open interview session by employers, JobsMalaysia online registration for employees and employers, labour law advisory service, exhibitions and more.
“Job seekers are encouraged to come by and grab this opportunity.
“All the list of vacant posts can be reviewed at Labour Bintulu Office at Wisma Persekutuan and it will also be made available at the counter on the day of the programme,” said Tujoh.
He added that members of the public who have registered under the e-Kasih programme and still have not found jobs or wish to obtain aid from government agencies are welcome to attend for further action.
Those who wish to join Program Azam Kerja are also invited to come for registration.
