KUCHING: Six participants took home attractive gift baskets from Lee Fah Mee after being named winners at the Lee Fah Mee Noodle Eating Contest held last Saturday at EG Mall King Centre.
Organised by Servay Hypermarket (Sabah) Sdn Bhd and sponsored by Lee Fah Mee, the event attracted participants from all walks of life to see if they had what it takes to eat as much noodles as possible.
The organisers did not set a time limit for the contest but contestants had to finish eating two boxes of Lee Fah Mee Sarawak White Laksa instant noodles and raise up the two empty noodle containers once finished. The top six fastest eaters were proclaimed the winners.
The contest has been open for registration since April. Shoppers were eligible to join the contest with purchases of RM10 and above of Lee Fah Mee products at Servay Hypermarket Kuching King Centre Branch.
Servay Hypermarket Kuching King Centre Branch and EG Mall King Centre has announced that they would organise more events for shoppers in the future.
