SIBU: A teacher recovered her mother’s car in Sibu yesterday, three days after it was reported stolen in Kanowit.
She found the car parked in Blacksmith Road but could not start it as she believed the ignition could have been tampered with.
The woman said she parked the car in her school in Kanowit as usual last Friday.
“A teacher told me that the car, which belonged to my mother, was nowhere to be seen in the compound,” she said.
She lodged a report in Kanowit police station the same day.
