SIBU: It was a big surprise for Fabian Gan and family when their receipt was picked as the Grand Prize winner of a Perodua Axia.
Fabian and family spent RM137 to purchase SugarBun products in a single receipt which entitled them for the lucky draw organised by SugarBun Drive-Thru Ulu Oya, Sibu.
“I was speechless when I received a phone call from SugarBun Drive-Thru Ulu Oya Sibu informing me that I am the Grand Prize winner of this beautiful Perodua Axia.
“I dedicate this lucky draw win especially to my beloved wife, Pauline Baleh, who dreamed to own it,” he said when met after the presentation ceremony of the Grand Prize.
It was handed over by the managing director of SugarBun Drive-Thru Ulu Oya Sibu, Datuk William Ngu.
The lucky draw was held from March 8 until Aug 8 in conjunction with the grand opening of SugarBun Ulu Oya Drive-Thru last Feb 8.
Meanwhile, SugarBun Drive-Thru Ulu Oya Sibu will be organising another lucky draw which offers great monthly prizes. It will be held from this September until February next year.
The prizes are in the form of a free ticket plus hotel accommodation and tours to selected destinations around the world.
The 1st prize is a trip to Dubai, the 2nd prize a trip to Kathmandu, Nepal while the 3rd prize is a trip to Hong Kong. The 4th prize is a trip to Guilin, China, the 5th prize a trip to Chiangmai, Thailand and the 6th prize is a trip to Bali, Indonesia.
Customers with purchase of RM50 and above in a single receipt will be entitled for a lucky draw.
