TAWAU: The Leo Club of St Ursula Convent held their board of directors installation ceremony for years 2015/2016 at the school here yesterday afternoon. It was witnessed by Chan Chee Boon, the president of the sponsoring club, Lions Club of Tawau Host.
The newly installed board of directors were Leo adviser Christine Chan Yun Moi; teacher
advisers Wong Sek Li and Chang Yun Tsae; immediate past president Gwendeline Ak Frankie; president Nadiatul Nabilah Hassan Nurdin; vice president Bonnie Tang Bao Chee; secretaries Cheryl Elias and Fatin Nabilah Mustapa; Henny Gustini bte Bahar; directors Amanda Fung, Jocelyn Chowla AK Jacky, Ling Kwei Jing as well as Maylyn Rayner.
Chan said the Leo Club of St Ursula Convent was charted by the Lions Club of Tawau Host since 1979. He expressed hope that the Leos could organise more projects such as environmental projects (flower, fruit tree planting), recycling projects, sight projects (eye screening), and other community services approved by their parents.
