The victim being sent to SGH after he was pulled out of the car by firemen.
KUCHING: A middle-aged man sustained minor injuries in an accident along Jalan Dato Stephen Yong here on Sunday.
It is said that the 59-year-old was driving alone when he suddenly lost control of his car and crashed into a row of bushes at the side of the road.
Passers-by who saw the incident immediately contacted the emergency hotline, which triggered the distress call around 5.30pm.
Moments later, firemen from the Batu Lintang station arrived on the scene and helped pull the man out of the car.
He was later sent to Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) and according to paramedics, his condition was not life-threatening.
