KUCHING: The Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers’ Association (Sheda)’s Property Expo 2015 held last weekend at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) recorded 10,000 visitors over the three-day period.
In a press release yesterday, Sheda said they were pleased with the positive turnout despite the current hazy conditions, indicating an optimistic future for the property industry in the state.
It expressed its heartfelt thanks to Housing Minister Datuk Amar Abang Johari Tun Openg, who is also Tourism Minister, for opening the expo on Sept 25 on behalf of Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Adenan Satem.
They also thanked the stakeholders namely Ibraco Bhd, Naim Land Sdn Bhd, Lee Onn Construction Sdn Bhd, MJC City Development Sdn Bhd, CMS Property Development Sdn Bhd, Federal Paint (M) Sdn Bhd,

Sheda revealed that participating exhibitors had taken the opportunity to reserve booths for next year.
An analysis of the expo will be conducted soon with feedback from exhibitors to be taken into consideration so as to prepare for a more exciting expo next year.
