GUA MUSANG: A villager stumbled on a highly-decomposed body of a girl in Sungai Perias, about 500 metres from the Pos Tohoi tonight.

Gua Musang police chief, Supt Saiful Bahri Abdullah said in the 7pm incident, the victim’s foot was trapped in a tree branch in the river.

“Tomorrow, we will use boats to launch a massive operation along Sungai Perias near Pos Tohoi, right up to Sungai Nenggiri near Pos Pulat to look for the missing pupils.

“We still have many rescuers, including the Senoi Praaq (General Operations Force) camped at Pos Tohoi,” he said at the hospital here.

Seven orang asli pupils of SK Pos Tohoi, comprising six girls and a boy aged between seven and 11 were reported missing on Aug 23.
