Among the reasons to choose Monash University Malaysia as a tertiary destination are its high quality Australian education recognised internationally. Its degrees are recognised by the Malaysian Ministry of Education and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency, and quality assured by Monash University Australia and the Australian Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (Teqsa).

There are opportunities to transfer to Monash University Australia or receive a Monash University Australia degree after completing a programme at Monash University Malaysia, and access quality research-active academic staff with strong industry connections, and state-of-the-art teaching and research facilities.

As for LJMU, it is one of the top 100 universities in the world under the age of 50 (THE, 2014).

Although it is a relatively young university, LJMU has an educational heritage dating back to 1825 when it was first set up as an educational institution.

LJMU, now Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) located in the heart of the vibrant city of Liverpool has over 24,000 students with employability, entrepreneurship and citizenship at the heart of the student experience.

Liverpool John Moores University provides a stimulating and exciting learning environment by making sure its curriculum is linked to research.

According to the most recent Research Assessment Exercise, a national audit of research activity in the UK, LJMU demonstrates world-leading research in 70 per cent of its disciplines.

They performed very well compared with other post-1992 universities (RAE, 2008), including a first for Electrical and Electronic Engineering, first for General Engineering, (joint) first for Sports-Related Studies, (joint) first for Architecture and Built Environment, second for Physics, third for Biological sciences, and (joint) fourth for Computer Science and Informatics.

As for The Kilmore International School, for over 25 years at TKIS, they have been providing Pre-IB preparation from Years 7 – 10 and the IB Diploma in years 11 and 12.

The Diploma is recognised throughout the higher education world. Its distinctive academic features include research-based Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge (critical thinking and presentation skills) course and a high standard academic curriculum developed by IB for all subjects.

The IB Diploma also requires the completion of Community, Action and Service (CAS) which instils the values of volunteerism and global community focus in young adults.

This experience helps students develop ‘soft skills’ so valued by employers in the 21st century world of work.

Over 60 per cent of students are Australians and international students come from 15 countries, making it a truly international school where students are able to understand and develop an appreciation of various cultures.
