Sony officially launches Xperia Z5 Compact, Z5 Dual and Z5 Premium in Malaysia
Sony Mobile Malaysia has officially announced three of its latest flagship smartphones that are called Xperia Z5 Compact, Xperia Z5 Dual and Xperia Z5 Premium Dual.
On our exclusive report earlier, we had already revealed their retail price where Z5 Compact will be priced at RM2,299 and Z5 Dual will cost RM2,699.
Xperia Z5 Premium Dual retail price however shall be unveiled some time in November.
Specifications wise, Xperia Z5 Premium is a smartphone that features the world’s first 5.7 inch 4K display that converts into 809ppi of pixel density.
It offers Snapdragon 810 processor that is pairing with 3GB RAM and 32GB of expandable storage. It packs with 3,430 mAh size of battery which can last for a day of moderate usage.
The device also comes with dual SIM card slots with 4G LTE connectivity support. The Z5 also has IP65/68 water and dust resistance, there’s also a fingerprint sensor embedded in the side Home button.
The Z5 Dual offers basically similar specs with the Z5 Dual Premium except its 5.2 inch 1080p screen and 2,900 mAh capacity battery.
The Xperia Z5 Compact is sporting a 4.5 inch HD display that also powered by Snapdragon 810 chipset. It provides 2GB RAM and 32GB of storage capacity with 2,700 mAh battery capacity.
On the camera department, three devices are carrying Sony Exmor RS 23MP with hybrid focus technology that can secure a focus within 0.3 second.
Their front facing cameras are using 5MP snapper with Sony Exmor R sensor.
For the device color variations, Xperia Z5 Premium Dual comes with Gold, Black and an exclusive Chrome color option that is very eye catching.
Xperia Z5 Dual has White, Graphite Black, Green and Gold color choices. Z5 Compact will be given in White, Graphite Black, Yellow, Coral color types. The Xperia Z5 Compact and Z5 Dual are now available at authorised SONY retailers nationwide from today onwards.
