MIRI: Miri Wushu Association of Miri Division (MWAMD) will be sending 35 athletes to next week’s Brunei National Wushu Open.
Head coach Tiong Ching Chiong is targeting to improve on their 18-gold tally last year.
This will be the fourth time that the association has registered for the annual tournament.
The association had initially wanted to send 45 athletes but 10 of them decided not to go due to financial constraint.
A total of eight teams from Sarawak and Brunei will be taking part.
