KUCHING: There is speculation that Kelantan striker Ahmad Fakri Saarani will don the Sarawak jersey in the Super League next season.
According to a reliable source from the Football Association of Sarawak (FAS), Fakri is the prime target of new Sarawak head coach Datuk K Rajagobal’s efforts to strengthen the squad for the new season.
Another story making the rounds on social media is that another national striker Wan Zack Haikal Wan Noor will very likely move to Sarawak.
The FAS source added that Sarawak are on the hunt for several players from ‘The Red Warriors’ including Wan
Zack.
Rajagobal when contacted on Tuesday, however, declined to comment on the matter.
