THE State Legislative Assembly (DUN) yesterday passed the Supplementary Supply (2015) Bill, 2015 for second supplementary estimates of ordinary expenditure 2015 comprising an additional sum of RM1,121,903,302.
Second Finance Minister Dato Sri Wong Soon Koh tabled the bill which was seconded by Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Alfred Jabu Numpang.
He elaborated that out of the amount, RM21,903,302 is for various expenditure codes under personal emolument which were not provided for or insufficiently provided for in the 2015 estimates.
“RM1 billion is for contribution to Development Fund Account and the remaining RM100 million is for appropriation to the Contingency Fund,” he said.
