KAPIT: A housewife Florence Johnny has lodged a police report against her husband Tang Sit Full for failure to support their two children namely Joanna Tang Hui Zen, aged four and Prisllia TangHui Ming, aged three.
In her report lodged at Kapit police station, Florence said she married Tang on Aug 23, 2010. She stated that Tang left the family in Kapit in March 2015 to work at a logging camp. Since then, he had failed to support her and their two children.
Florence said she managed to contact Tang in June 2015 when he promised he would return home during the Chinese New Year holidays in February 2016. However, the promise never materialised.
“I’ve no choice but to lodge a police report. I’m desperate to look for my husband Tan Sit Full to settle some family matters. Since he (Tang Sit Full) left us in March 2015, we (myself and two daugthters) stayed with our relatives. Anyone who knows the whereabout of Tan, please contact me at RumahAnding, Sungai Melinau, Baleh or contact Raba Nyanggau at 012 890 9122. I hope Tan Sit Full when he reads this news will treat it as urgent to return home in the shortest time possible to settle family matters. Failure to do so, he has to bear the responsibility,” said Florence.
