SIBU: Works Minister Datuk Fadillah Yusof has called on voters in Nangka to make sure BN-PBB candidate Dr Annuar Rapaee will win with a big majority this 11th State election on May 7.

He said Dr Annuar had the track records, and if Nangka people wanted to see more development in their area, they had better make sure Dr Annuar win big.

He also emphasised the importance of BN winning this election with a bigger majority to enable Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Adenan Satem to continue leading Sarawak as the chief minister.

Fadillah was speaking Friday night at a ceramah organised by Malay Union Club (MUC) and Sibu Melanau Association at the MUC Hall here.

Fadillah said the people would not get any development projects if they elected in the opposition as the opposition could only give sweet promises but could not deliver.

He also commended the Chief Minister saying Adenan had done much for Sarawak since he helmed the state two years ago.

“Just imagine what he can do for all of us in Sarawak if he is given five more years.

“Adenan is a caring leader who has the people at heart and we all can see that he is struggling with all his heart and might to help the people in Sarawak so that they will not be left behind in various aspects of development,” he said.
