BINTULU: Cletus Len, 41, was pronounced dead after he fainted on the fourth floor of a building at the town centre yesterday.
According to Bintulu police chief Supt Zailanni Amit, the victim’s wife Susana Sumit in her report said around 10.20am, her husband suddenly collapsed and he was brought down from the building by the public to seek medical assistance.
She said the deceased had complained of chest pain.
He was pronounced dead by the medical personnel and during the incident, the wife and other relatives were at the scene.
The body was taken to Bintulu Hospital mortuary for a post mortem.
The case is being classified as sudden death.
