KUCHING: Sarawak-based Ibraco Bhd is set to launch its maiden mixed commercial and residential project ‘Continew’ at Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur.

It will be officially launched at Ibraco House here on Saturday and Sunday (Feb 25-26).

Continew, which stands on a freehold land measuring 5,825 square meters, consists of two tower buildings that sit above a vibrant commercial space.

It is nestled right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, strategically placed between the bustling steel structures of new KL and the charming neighbourhoods of old KL.

Its location provides easy access to all the key locations and attractions the city centre has to offer, such as the new and biggest Ikea, Pudu Wet Market, as well as the up and coming MyTown Shopping Mall.

It is also located in close proximity to Bukit Bintang, and for golf enthusiasts, the Royal Selangor Golf Club. Logistics wise, these are all conveniently connected via the Tun Razak Exchange to extensive road networks, connecting all major attractions together.

The new Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station, Cochrane, is also within walking distance.

Continew is conceived as an urban sanctuary to celebrate the concept of garden city living by creating a series of Sky Terraces and Gardens.

A series of Sky Terrace and Gardens will provide ample landscape and communal spaces, which intentionally interspersed throughout the building for residents to interact, enjoy and build communities.

Sky Gardens totalling 6,000 square feet will be created on level 23A and 33A.

To further enhance the concept of Garden City Living, a large expense of space on ground floor and elevated recreational facilities deck have been allocated for lush greening for the better comfort of living and tranquil relief from exhilarating city life.

The facilities deck also features an infinity 50m lap pool and man-made sand beach.

A fully glazed and dynamic shaped Sky Club, which is double volume and approximate 1,800 square feet will be on the rooftop to capture the spectacular panoramic view of the KL city skyline.

A series of roof lanterns will complement the Sky Club.
