MIRI: A primary school security guard was robbed by a group of men while on duty on Monday.
In his report filed yesterday, the 47-year-old said he was riding his motorcycle around the Senadin school’s compound when he was approached by a group of unknown men around 7pm.
According to the victim, the men pushed him off the motorcycle with such force that he was left unconscious.
He said he only regained consciousness when his nephew went to look for him at the school around 3am.
He suffered cuts to his hands and face.
Besides taking the security guard’s motorcycle, the robbers also robbed him of RM500 and other valuables. Total loss was estimated at over RM8,000.
