KUCHING: Members of JCI Padawan recently attended a seminar on ‘Basic NLP Review’ facilitated by NLP professional Kueh Lee Sien.
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), encompasses the three most influential components involved in producing human experience: neurology, language and programming. Neurology regulates how our bodies function, language determines how we interface and communicate with other people and our programming determines the kinds of models of the world we create.
Through NLP, we can understand ourselves better, while at the same time able to understand others better so as to have a better communication with one another.
Ranging from business, enterprise management, training, education, speaking, to counselling, NLP is very effective in improving all the aspects.
During the seminar, Kueh talked on the 12 NLP fundamentals, fielding questions from participants and equipping them with new found knowledge on NLP.
