Kenanga Investment Bank opens Sandakan branch

Tsen officially opens the branch together with the Kenanga team.

KUCHING: Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad marked another important milestone with the launch of its newest branch in Sandakan, Sabah on July 21.

A press release said the Sandakan branch is the third to be opened in Sabah, after Kota Kinabalu and Tawau.

With the opening of this branch, Kenanga now has a network of 32 branches nationwide.

The opening of the new branch is in line with the company’s strategy to expand its business across Malaysia and to grow market share in the stockbroking industry.

Kenanga Investment Bank is currently the largest independent investment bank by equity trading volume and value, as well as one of the top brokerage houses with the largest network of remisiers in the country.

Kenanga Investment Bank Sandakan was opened by Batu Sapi Member of  Parliament Datuk Linda Tsen Thau Lin together with Kenanga Investment Bank director, head of retail business, equity broking Tan Heng Meng; Kenanga Investment Bank Kota Kinabalu branch head Anderson Wong Tse Ming; and Kenanga investment Bank Sandakan branch head Edward Lee Chi Min.
