His majesty congratulatory message

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah Ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to send messages of congratulations to His Excellency Xi Jinping, President of the People’s Republic of China and to His Excellency Li Keqiang, Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, to the Government as well as  to the people of the People’s Republic of China on the Occasion of the 68th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China, brudirect.com reported.

In the message to His Excellency Xi, Jinping, Presiden of the People’s Republic of China, His Majesty expressed his great pleasure meeting His Excellency again during His Majesty’s visit to the People’s Republic of China recently and have the opportunity to discuss on ways to strengthen the bilateral relations as well as on issues of mutual concern. His Majesty expressed his satisfaction with the visit and added that this visit was indeed valuable, in building momentum with the many documents signed, and in creating opportunities for their private sectors to work together, and look forward to continuing to strengthen the friendship and cooperation in the years ahead.

In a similar congratulatory message to His Excellency Li Keqiang, Premier of the State Council, People’s Republic of China, His Majesty also expressed his great pleasure seeing His Excellency again last month during His Majesty’s visit, and valued their discussions on advancing their bilateral dan regional cooperation agenda especially through their ASEAN-CHINA relations. Brunei Darussalam looked forward to working closely with China in the many areas of collaboration and interest for the benefit of their countries and people.

In ending the messages, His Majesty extended his kindest regards and best wishes and continued good health and happiness to His Excellency Xi Jinping, President of the People’s Republic of China and His Excellency Li Keqiang, Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China as well as for the joyous celebration.
