KUCHING: Air Strike 2 strengthened their lead in the Megalanes Adventure World (MAW) 159 & Below Trios League after registering the biggest win of the week by defeating Ball N Roses 16.5-3.5 last Sunday.
They now have accumulated 259.56 Peterson points after eight weeks of competition, leading second-placed Charrott Charrott by 13.75 points.
Following closely in third position are RVS who have collected 243.94 points after suffering a 5-15 defeat to Charrott Charrott.
Gutter Gang maintained their fourth position in the league after collecting 237.86 points while Last Menet Bowlers and Newbies Bowler remained in fifth and sixth positions with 229.86 points and 227.60 points respectively.
For the Team High Game and Team High Series categories, Charrott Charrott are still in the pole position with 611 pins and 2,117 pins respectively, while Air Strike 2 maintained second place with 598 pins and 2,116 pins achieved during the fifth week of the league.
As for the Individual High Game category, Mazlyana Zainul of Charrott Charrott is now in first position after she shot a 238 game in the eighth week, sending Abdul Rahim Mohamed of Last Menet Bowler into second position.
However, Abdul Rahim is still leading the Individual High Series category with his total of 800 pins while Muhd Mussaddiq from Air Strike 2 is in second spot with 778 pins.
For the Best Female Bowler category, Mazlyana still maintains her position with 775 pins attained during the sixth week of league.
