SIBU: Twenty patrons who had their cars cleaned during the KTS Group of Companies (KTS) and Stihl ‘Charity Car Wash’ series last weekend won lucky draw prizes.
They received their prizes from KTS Trading Sdn Bhd senior executive Kevin Lau here yesterday.
The top four winners were Wong Leng Ing (first prize), Mathias Kong Guan Ting (second prize), Tie Sing Kuon (third prize), and Sandra Song Ting Ting (fourth prize).
They took home a high pressure cleaner, vacuum cleaner, cordless brush cutter, and cordless grass trimmer, respectively.
The fifth to 10th placed winners each walked home with a cordless shrub shears.
They were Noor Nafiah Ambah, Yong Ung Tung, Leslie Pang Ke Xuan, Eileen Lau Ee Ling, Frankie Chong Yee Lung, and Song Tiong Chuan.
Meanwhile, the 11th to 20th placed winners were Edward Lau Chee Chew, Chieng Ming, William Tie Jun Hieng, Livan Wan Jok, Yap See Kong, Yu Siong Liung, Sia Yee Pang, Carol Mah Chin Ung, Lily Wong Teck Tai, and Ngu Leh Jing.
They each won a Stihl chronograph watch.
KTS Trading Sdn Bhd general manager Augustine Ling, branch manager Yong Bee Kiek and branch sales executive Ting Ging Thai were present at the prize-giving ceremony.
The charity car wash was held last weekend at Sibu Town Square Phase 2.
The organiser sold 3,600 coupons, of which 1,101 were redeemed during the event.
The event was held to mark 50 years of partnership between KTS Group of Companies and German power tool company Stihl, and aimed to raise RM1.5 million for 23 selected Chinese independent schools in Sabah and Sarawak.
