BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: The Ministry of Defence this morning received an official visit from the Chief of Defence Forces, Royal Thai Armed Forces at Bolkiah Garrison, brudirect.com reported
Upon arrival, His Excellency General Tamchaiyan Srisuwan inspected a guard of honour mounted by Royal Brunei Armed Forces personnel. His Excellency first made a courtesy call to Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi Bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Second Minister of Defence.
His Excellency then made a courtesy call to Major General Pengiran Dato Seri Pahlawan Aminan bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud; Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces. His Excellency’s official visit aimed to further strengthen the good relations between the two countries and further enhance defence cooperation between the Royal Brunei Armed Forces and Royal Thai Armed Forces through various platforms.
