KOTA KINABALU: Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) will be announcing its candidates for Sabah this Wednesday, April 25, said its state chairperson Christina Liew.
“I just received news that our party headquarters will send someone to Kota Kinabalu on April 25 with the name list.
“That (the name list) should be the final one,” she said in a press conference here today.
Liew, who is also the chairperson of Sabah Pakatan Harapan (PH), has recently announced that PKR would be contesting for six parliamentary and nine state seats in the coming 14th General Election (GE14).
She said the six parliamentary seats were Ranau, Pensiangan, Tuaran, Tawau, Putatan and Beaufort, while the nine state seats were Api-Api, Kuala Penyu, Matunggong, Moyog, Tamparuli, Inanam, Kadamaian, Tempasuk and Karanaan.
