SARIKEI: A three-day lubricant carnival will be held starting April 28 at the premises of Public Tyres & Batteries Service Centre along Jalan Berek here in collaboration with Syarikat Sri Minyak Tenaga Sdn Bhd.
Syarikat Sri Minyak Tenaga business development manager Amelia Tiu Siew Yiau said the carnival is specially organised to celebrate Gawai Dayak and Hari Raya Aidilfitri in June.
“The main objective of the carnival is to encourage customers to check and service their cars to ensure a safe ‘balik kampung’ journey to celebrate the festivals,” she said.
Customers who purchase Shell Helix lubricants at the workshop during the carnival will enjoy a free car inspection and receive a free gift as well, she added.
Additionally, customers who purchase Shell Rimula lubricants for heavy-duty vehicles will be entitled to participate in a lucky draw contest and stand a chance to win a trip to Dubai. The contest runs from April 1 to July 31, 2018.
A purchase of one 20-litre Shell Rimula R4X entitles a customer to one entry; 20-litre Shell Rimula R5 (two entries); 20-litre Shell Rimula R6 (three entries); 209-litre Shell Rimula R4 (10 entries); 209-litre Shell Rimula R5 (20 entries); 209-litre Shell Rimula R6 (30 entries). There will be bigger entitlements for purchases of products packed in drums.
According to Tiu, Syarikat Sri Minyak Tenaga is the distributor for Shell lubricants for cars as well as heavy-duty vehicles in the state.
Public Tyres & Batteries Service Centre is a Helix-branded workshop where customers are able to claim Bonuslink points.
