Caesar Mandela Malakun
KOTA KINABALU: At 27 years old, Caesar Mandela Malakun from Upko is Sabah Barisan Nasional’s (BN) youngest candidate to be fielded in the 14th general election.
Mandela, as he is known, hails from Kampung Limbanak and is qualified as a lawyer. He has been an entrepreneur for the last five years and is currently Upko’s Natural Disaster Bureau chairman as well as Upko Limbanak division chief.
He will be fielded as BN’s candidate for the Penampang parliamentary seat with the hopes of unseating incumbent Darell Leiking of Parti Warisan Sabah.
