KUCHING: Pre-Sale tickets for the 21st Rainforest world Music festival are available from today.
The tickets for adults are priced at RM 131.20 for a day pass and RM 343.20 for a three-day pass, while tickets for children aged between seven and 12 are RM 67.60 and RM 152.60 respectively. A one-day family package is priced at RM270.40.
Sarawak Tourism Board’s Acting Chief Executive Officer, Mary Wan Mering advised members of the public to take advantage of the pre-sale tickets offered at discounted price.
“The Board is confident that this year’s festival will be the best ever with exotic world class musicians playing side by side with their counterparts representing all the continents of the world,” she added.
Besides the musical workshop and the stage performance, morning’s health and wellness programmes such as yoga, meditation, tai chi, as well as modern favourites such as the Zumba and Bodyjam will be featured this year.
The annual festival which is organized by Sarawak Tourism Board, supported by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts, Culture, Youth and Sports Sarawak and is endorsed by Tourism Malaysia, has been awarded the Top 25 Best Festivals in the World by Roots Magazine for five consecutive years.
The Festival will be held at the Sarawak Cultural Village from July 13 to 15. Tickets and festival updates are available online or from the ticketing agents listed at www.rwmf.net.
