KOTA KINABALU: A video was released late last night showing Tan Sri Musa Aman and his newly formed state cabinet having supper at his official residence Sri Gaya.

The video came following allegations on social media that Musa had fled the state in a private jet which was later seen in Singapore.

He was also alleged to have taken with him the statutory declarations signed by the state elected representatives.

The newly sworn-in Chief Minister did not speak to the press yesterday after six elected representatives – four from Umno and two from Upko – have joined Parti Warisan Sabah.

Another party, PBRS, has also decided to leave BN and wants to apply to join Pakatan Harapan and work with Warisan led by Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal. Upko and LDP are also leaving BN.

There is no indication yet on the next political move of Musa and Shafie.

Shafie has refused to recognise the newly-formed state government.

He opined that the state government does not have the absolute mandate and that Barisan Nasional did not even win enough seats during GE14.
