Dzulkifli resigns as MACC Chief Commissioner

KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri Dzulkifli Ahmad today resigned as the Chief Commissioner of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).

A source said his resignation letter was submitted to Chief Secretary to the Government  Tan Sri Dr Ali Hamsa this morning.

Dzulkifli was appointed as the chief commissioner of MACC effective Aug 1, 2016 and his term of office was until July 31, 2021.

He replaced Tan Sri Dr Abu Kassim Mohamed, whose service had ended. – Bernama
