KOTA MARUDU: The Pakatan Harapan-Warisan State Government should cease from governing and carrying out its duties until the court decides on legality of its status.

Acting Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) President Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili in making the call, stressed that it was meant to avoid constitutional crisis and administrative havoc in running the State.

Speaking at the PBS N5 Tandek Division Meeting here on Tuesday evening, he added that further respect for both the State Constitution and law must be upheld to show that the government truly cares for the well-being of all genuine Malaysians in Sabah.

“PBS and our legal advisors maintain that the legally installed State Government is the constitutionally sworn in Chief Minister and Cabinet of Tan Sri Musa Aman,” he said.
