KUCHING: The Sentosa Hospital here is appealing to the family of Terry Juk, a 24-year-old patient, to approach the hospital immediately.
A media statement issued by the hospital today said the patient was admitted last July 16 and the hospital had not been able to trace or contact the patient’s family since.
The patient’s last known address is Rh Uweng Long Sengut, Baleh, Kapit.
The hospital is calling upon the patient’s family to come forward as soon as possible or contact assistant officer of medical social service Angeline Sawong at 082-612 321 with regard to the patient’s treatment.
