Spencer Lian
KAPIT: The police here are seeking one Spencer Lian in connection with a shooting incident at the Bletih Light Industrial Zone on Aug 1.
District police chief DSP Freddy Bian said Spencer hails from Rumah Kullen Siluk, Uma Punan Biau in Belaga, but has an address at Rumah Bangau, Karangan Laih in Baleh.
The shooting incident took place at a workshop around 11.30am and resulted in a man sustaining gunshot wounds to the face. The victim is believed to have gone to the workshop to collect a debt on behalf of another person from the owner.
Spencer was employed at the workshop at the time of the incident.
