KOTA KINABALU: The Election Court here today fixed Oct 2 and 3 to deliver its decisions on striking out applications by Kimanis MP Datuk Seri Anifah Aman and Kiulu MP Datuk Joniston Bangkuai, respectively, against election petitions filed by Parti Warisan Sabah candidates.
Apart from that, Justice Supang Lian also granted an application by the returning officer and Election Commission for Kiulu constituency to be removed as parties in the petition.
Datuk Karim Bujang and Jo-Anna Sue Henly Rampas had filed their election petitions on June 18 and they had named Anifah and Joniston as their first respondents respectively.
