KUCHING: Response to Naim’s Bintulu Paragon leasing mega deals launched last week has been encouraging.
Valid until Sept 30, monthly rentals for selected limited units at the Naim Street Mall start from RM888, subject to terms and conditions.
According to Naim’s Regional general manager for Bintulu, Abang Mahathir Mohamed,
the mega deals add value to business operators who intend to explore business opportunities in Sarawak’s largest street mall.
Located within the vibrant Naim Bintulu Paragon integrated development, Naim Street Mall is surrounded by growing population catchments of about 2,000.
“One of our major tenants, Petronas has a workforce of about 500 based at Naim Bintulu Paragon. As the mega deals will end soon, take advantage of this great opportunity,” said Abang Mahathir.
Facilities in the mall which add value include 24-hour security, more than 1,500 parking bays and a nicely landscaped alfresco piazza suitable for holding large events which will boost traffic, he said.
