SIBU: The body of a woman was recovered from a river in Dalat yesterday following a suspected crocodile attack.
The deceased, Maznah Moh, was found by villagers around noon with what appeared to be crocodile bite marks on her legs.
The 39-year-old had gone to the river alone around 9am to cast her fishing net, with villagers suspecting something amiss after spotting her unmanned boat drifting along the river.
They immediately formed a search party and scoured along the river before chancing upon her body.
