DBKK introduces e-Services to ease public dealings

Arifin activating the e-Services in an opening gimmick at the DBKK e-Services launch.

KOTA KINABALU: Kota Kinabalu City Hall (DBKK) introduced e-Services in line with its mission to provide more efficient and better service for the public.

Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister cum Minister Responsible to DBKK Arifin Asgali said the application was developed to ease public dealings with DBKK, through electronic channels.

“With e-Services, members of the public are able to conduct online transactions with government services by utilising facilities provided,” he said, at the DBKK e-Services launch here, today.

He added that now with DBKK e-Services, it not only improves service delivery to the public but also increases the number of DBKK payment channels.
