KUCHING: Julau MP Larry Sng today called on Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) members in Sarawak to elect Rafizi Ramli as its deputy president.

He also urged members and supporters of Team Rafizi in particular to wear yellow during this coming election on Sunday.

For PKR members in Julau, they are to vote at Dewan Sukan Tan Sri William Mawan Julau. The time for casting votes will starts from 9am and end 4pm.

He said this in his facebook posting in the run up to the election via e-voting for Sarawakian members on Sunday.

Based on previous reports, former party secretary and former Pandan MP Rafizi is trailing the other deputy president candidate Datuk Seri Azmin Ali who is Minister of Economic Affairs and former Selangor Menteri Besar.

Larry himself is also a candidate for one of the central vice president posts and Julau branch chairman post.

While Larry is rooting for Rafizi, the other Julau branch chairman candidate Semana Sawang who is a NCR land defender and consultant engineer, is supporting Azmin.

Up to Nov 4 or after the election in Sabah, Azmin led Rafizi by more than 3000 votes and this means that Sarawak with its 29 branches (around 50,000 members) and those in the Tawau Keningau and Persaingan re-election in Sabah will altogether be the deciding factor for the deputy president post among others.
