Six RRSS students on youth exchange programme

MIRI: Six students from Riam Road Secondary School (RRSS) here have been chosen for 2018 Lions Clubs International Youth Exchange (YE) Programme themed ‘Life Lessons Across Cultures and Around the World’.

Selected for the YE programme in Japan was Pui Xian Xian from Class 3A who will leave for Japan on Nov 27 and return on Dec 27.

Chin Ke Ying of Class 4B and Rachel Jill Tang Tuang Mei of Class 4C will be in Thailand from Dec 7 to Dec 21.

Three other Form 4 students selected to go to Taiwan from Dec 11 to 24 are Chin Li Xia (4C), Eliza Wong Yao Hung (4B) and Iris Law Lee Han (4A).

Each year, the Lions Clubs International YE Programme introduces young people to life in other cultures by helping them travel abroad to stay with Lions clubs members in the host country.
