Pullman receives two awards from online travel sites

MIRI: Pullman Miri Waterfront received two awards from online travel sites Agoda and Hotels.com.

The hotel won Loved By Guests Award 2018 (Hotels.com) and 2018 Customer Review Award (Agoda).

The selection criteria included consistent growing customer reviews, competitive pricing and diligent utilisation of the sites’ custom-built Yield Control System, excellent partnership with both online travel fare sites to create faster and easier bookings worldwide.

According to cluster general manager of Pullman Kuching and Pullman Miri Waterfront, Ishak Ibrahim, Pullman is honoured to receive these awards and proud to have its services acknowledged.

“We aspire to continuously provide high customer service that our staff are proud of with these recognition for outstanding commitment in ensuring the best online booking travel experience for customers,” he added.

The awards were presented to Ishak by representatives of Agoda and Hotels.com witnessed by the hotel staff recently.
