KUCHING: Prices for RON95 and RON97 are down five sen for the first week of February, while diesel remains unchanged.
RON95 will be priced at RM1.93 per litre while RON97 will be priced at RM2.23 per litre.
Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng said in his statement that the price for diesel will remain unchanged until the next fuel price revision on Feb 8. The new prices will come into effect at midnight tonight (Feb 2).
The price revision comes just in time for the Chinese New Year celebrations, where motorists are expected to fill up before heading home for the holidays.
