Two schools in Dalat district selected as pioneers for TS25 programme

DALAT: Two schools in Dalat district have been chosen as pioneers of the school transformation programme known as TS25 in the district.

Welfare, Community Wellbeing, Women, Family and Childhood Development Minister Dato Sri Fatimah Abdullah, who is also Dalat assemblywoman, said she was glad that two schools in her constituency were chosen as pioneers for this programme.

Speaking to reporters after officiating at the opening ceremony of the School Transformation Carnival 2025 here yesterday, she said the schools are SMK Dalat and SK Sungai Ud.

Meanwhile after the carnival’s opening ceremony, she informed that the main objectives of the carnival is to give students exposure to 21st Century Learning (PAK21) which requires them to learn creatively, critically and collaborate with fellow students and teachers.

This enables the students involved to achieve and learn objectives as well as generating value of outstanding entrepreneurship leadership as well as demonstrating student identity through involvement in planned activities.

“The carnival also provides space and opportunities for teachers to highlight their innovation results to strengthen teaching and facilitating in the classroom,” she added.

11 agencies were involved in the exhibition.

Fatimah handed over an allocation of RM10,000 to SMK Dalat during the event.
