10% discount for first-time home buyers via Hap Seng credit

PUTATAN: First-time home buyers are entitled to a minimum 10 percent discount of the property value of Hap Seng Properties Development.

With the discount, Hap Seng is offering savings up to RM115,000 to buyers for each of the units with ready in-house financing through Hap Seng Credit.

“First-time home owners will really benefit from this campaign as it strategically addresses affordable home ownership among Malaysians and the government has the foresight to increase home ownership especially among the young people today,” said John Tan, Hap Seng chief operating officer.

He encouraged house buyers to grab the opportunity and get a property while the offer lasts.

He was speaking during the official unveiling ceremony of the entrance lobby of block B of Kingfisher Putatan Phase Two here yesterday.

In the ceremony, it showcased the completion of entrance lobby of Block B condo as well as the mock-up units on the first floor, for buyers to get a feel of the units and the development.

The event was also in conjunction with the recent campaign launched by Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, the Home Owners Campaign (HOC 2019), which will end in June.

Hap Seng made the offer as its effort to complement the government’s initiative to ensure more people would be able to purchase their own homes.

“We want buyers to see for themselves the overall development and quality of workmanship of the building,” said John, adding that house buyers should look into reliable developer before purchasing their house.

He said Hap Seng is a brand name for household in Sabah and proudly announced that Hap Seng had not abandoned any projects and the condo project itself had completed Blok A with 22 months ahead of schedule.

The mock up units, featuring upgraded contemporary finishing of 8’ high sliding doors at the balcony, 7’ high bedroom windows, stainless steel railing with tempered glass on balcony fagade and louvre door for air-condition compressor.

Located at Kampung Ketiau here, the Kingfisher Putatan condo is developed in two phases with each unit having three bedrooms and two bathrooms involving a total of 1,065 square feet for corner unit while 1,009 square feet  for intermediate unit.
