According to Len Talif, the Land and Survey Department has approved lot perimeter survey for individuals involving eight hectares, or 20 acres, of land in Sungai Ban, Betong.

He advised other land claimants to submit their respective applications to the department’s office in Betong if they were prepared to have individual perimeter survey.

As of March 31 this year, he said a total of 473 hectares of NCR land in four areas in the Layar constituency had yet to be surveyed.

Len Talif added that the department’s office in Betong will be having dialogues and discussions with NCR land claimants, to ensure that the application process and individual lot perimeter survey is carried out in a smooth manner.
