Car wash collects RM2,270 for charity

KUCHING: A charity car wash jointly organised by Kuching Love Book Association and SSK Car Care Company on Monday managed to raise RM2,270 which will be donated to The Salvation Army Boy’s Home at Jalan Ban Hock here.

“We are very grateful to SSK Car Care Company for fully sponsoring this meaningful programme. We also thank Batu Lintang assemblyman See Chee How for his kind support and donation,” said Kuching Love Book Association chairman May Loo.

“We also thank the public for their support, and for making us (society) be full of love,” added Loo, who also represented SSK Car Care Company.

The person-in-charge of Salvation Army Boy’s Home Major Mary Ng, SSK Car Care Company managing directors Bertram Sim and Jeremy Cha, and PKR Stampin Branch Youth chief Jeffery Mok were among those present at the presentation.
