KUCHING: Investment property solutions provider The Makeover Guys has expanded its operations to Kuching with an aim to assist property investors in their journey from the makeover process to maximising investment returns.
Having completed over 2,000 makeovers to date, The Makeover Guys managing partner for Kuala Lumpur Gavin Liew revealed how the group fully caters to property investors with its makeover services.
“We are a solutions company for property players and we started with the foundation of providing strategic makeovers in order to help achieve higher returns and also increase rentability,” Liew explained at the grand opening of The MakeOver Guys here, yesterday
“From the price point of view, we are only slightly more expensive than you doing it (interior design) yourself and basically this resulted in the high growth that we’ve experienced in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru and hopefully, in Kuching.
Property investors who work with The Makeover Guys will benefit from the group’s efficiency, affordability and data to help identify the tenant that fits their properties. In addition, The Makeover Guys also helps property investors to rent out their unit as well. One of The Makeover Guys’ unique features includes warranty on the makeovers they complete, including items such as the wallpaper.
“There is also The Makeover Care, this is a very new product in the market, whereby all our makeovers are insured by Zurich General Insurance. It even provides coverage against malicious damage.
“If your tenant, in an act of negligence or act of anger, destroys your walls, you can actually come back to us and claim it via Zurich General Insurance. This insurance is provided free of charge for all the makeovers that we do. We’ve already implemented this in Kuala Lumpur. We are ironing out a little bit more of procedures and we will be able to provide this in Kuching very soon.”
